A phone call in the middle of the night is a bad omen and detective Christopher Orpheus knew this quite well. In his long years of working in private investigation he got used to the relentless sound of his telephone that interrupted his uneasy sleep so often. Picking up, he could already imagine the worried voice that he would hear on the other side of the line. But this time it was different. The voice he heard was unexpectedly calm and even a little bored. One can’t say that the detective was alarmed. Orpheus stopped getting surprised a long time ago: this was the side effect of his job. In several concise phrases, the voices explained to him the core of the case to unravel. Orpheus had to find the person who had stolen a vinyl record, and the latter had to be returned to the owner.
